1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using growwithmh.com (the “Site”) or engaging GrowWithMH (“we”, “us”, “our”) for SEO consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
GrowWithMH provides independent SEO consulting, including audits, technical and on-page recommendations, keyword research, local SEO, and ongoing monitoring. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work for each engagement, which prevails over the general descriptions on the Site.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant analytics, search console properties, CMS or developer resources, and accurate business information. Delays or limited access may affect timelines and outcomes. Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations on their own infrastructure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Fees, billing cadence and payment terms are set out in the engagement proposal. Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work.
5. No Guarantee of Rankings
SEO depends on external factors including search engine algorithms, competitor activity and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or revenue outcomes. We commit to a transparent, structured process and recommendations grounded in data from your site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and the GrowWithMH name — is owned by Mehedi Hassan and protected by applicable law. Deliverables produced for a client during an engagement become the client’s property upon full payment, except for our pre-existing methodologies, templates and tools.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private. We will not disclose client business data, analytics or strategy to third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowWithMH’s total liability arising from any engagement or use of the Site shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance.
